About the role: We are looking for a Website Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will work with clients to provide seamless website builds and, ultimately, a flawless onsite experience for attendees. You will consultant and advise based on your expertise and their needs to ensuring a website that exceeds their expectations, making their attendee experience one to remember. As a Website Developer, you will: - Ensure online registration websites meet the specific needs of each client's objective, are clear, concise and easy to navigate. - Consult on opportunities to enhance the registrant's experience to be more positive and seamless. - Create and send clear communications to client and teammates of progress. - Verify all pertinent data is captured appropriately through all requested edits. - Partner with travel to set up group air interface. - Advise accurate timelines and deliverable deadlines to ensuring launch dates are achievable. - Ensure everyone, from client to attendee to staff person has a positive and memorable experience from invitation stage, through onsite, and departure. We aim to please! - Work closely with the client for website testing and building other application or front-end systems.

You're good at: - Managing multiple priorities and being adaptable. You have exceptional problem-solving skills, are calm under pressure and are an expert at prioritizing. - Teamwork. It takes a village. - Cvent, Excel, Photo Shop and Microsoft Office Suite. - Application and UX design, specifically with FileMaker. - Providing superior customer service. You understand that it is a person that is attending your event and go above and beyond to ensure they have the best experience possible. - Analytical thinking; ability to work independently or thorough collaboration to troubleshoot an efficient and effective registration processes. - Relying on past experience to offer creative solutions and recommendations to elevate the experience and provide -a little more, a little better- to each meeting or event. - Being flexible, consultative and an independent thinker. Understanding that SOPs are important but making it your own to make clients feel special is equally important. - Ideal candidate will have a minimum of five (5) years' experience in web technology, in a business environment and a minimum of three (3) years' experience in web building through Cvent.

You might also have: - A college degree from a 4- year institution.

You should know: - This role is virtual (East Coast hours) - Our standard working hours are 8:30 AM -5:30 PM with an hour break. - Covid vaccination might be required for this role.
