Job Description:
Provides supervision for day-to-day operations of the clinical site within established Essentia Health management structure. Responsible for promoting effective day to day operations while working with other supervisors, managers, and physicians, as indicated. Responsible to work with the Rehab Manager and Rehab Director to monitor and promote proper utilization of quality services and participate in program development, expansion, or process improvement. The Supervisor may also be responsible for patient care for adults including evaluation, treatment, documentation, and consultation services under physician referral, following job description for respective clinical position. This leader will be responsible for Essentia Health acute care therapy and Oak Crossing long-term care facility in Detroit Lakes, MN. Work Experience: 3 years' clinical experience
Education Qualifications:
This position must be held by a current credentialed practitioner who is a PT, OT, or SLP.
Bachelor's Degree in health-related field
Licensure/Certification Qualifications:
Current registration/license as required by profession
Working Supervisor role: 60% patient care, 40% supervisory duties
Leadership experience preferred
This is a full-time, Monday-Friday position with flexible start and end times within the hospital hours.
