Description
Reporting to a Regional Operations Director/Region Vice-President a Regional Project Manager leads and executes the creation or expansion of fixed site operations, drives efficiencies, and completes new projects.
Leadership
Defines scope of services and facilities needed to create new or expand existing services
Plans and leads the build-out for new and expanded service locations accordance with legal requirements and DW standards
Trains and develops Technicians and local management
Develops a working relationship with customers
Understands and communicates the financial goals of the customer and Company
Conducts demonstration sessions with new and existing customers
Addresses customer issues and operational deficiencies to achieve positive results
Safeguards the health, safety and welfare of all personnel ensuring the workplace complies with HR policies, employment laws, health,
safety, and environmental laws/requirements, OSHA, Paint Fit Test, Air Quality Management, and Fire Marshall
Communicates regularly with sales teams and corporate personnel to identify fixed site best practices, ie. Staffing
Partners with local managers to optimize Technician time and production contributing to the overall profitability of the region
Completes weekly activity logs noting project status, timelines, additional resources, support needed, etc.
Operations
Initiates and leads the start-up process
Insures all Standard Operating Procedures, tools, equipment, people resources and training are available and ready
Communicates regularly with sales teams and corporate personnel to identify fixed site best practices, ie. Staffing, vehicle flow, support, etc.
Provides expertise and guidance to the field on implementation feasibility and challenges
Quick to identify performance issues and address them early on in a professional, respectful manner
Stabilizes new operations by frequently acting as "on call" or "fill in" manager
Maintains technical expertise in one or more lines of business

Position requires up to 70% travel
