Responsible for successful implementation and execution of key performance in public finance team in creation of revenue in the Healthcare, Education and Affordable housing sectors. Revenue produced from public and private fixed rate institutional bond offerings, including tax-exempt and taxable financings, limited offerings, single investor placements, bank/private placement financings and bridge loans. Managing and developing growth of practice through success of team members and recruitment of new talent. Manage and directing high quality and business aligned outcomes for team clients, prospects and industry partners. Meet Public Finance Group annual revenue goals.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Works closely with group team members during deal financing transactions
Performs assigned duties with increased independence, including but not limited to, due diligence, document processing, financial modeling, statistical analysis, research, and presentation development.
Prepare models that are used to compare financing options for clients/potential clients
Assist the business development efforts of the transaction team by coordination deal solicitation materials

BA/BS degree
2 years of related work experience
Proven analytical ability and attention to detail
