What You'll Get to Do:
Resolve various military customers' hardware and software functionality problems by providing a high degree of timely operations and technical support. Provide customer training on CACI software via chat, phone, or in-person, classroom-based methods as well as assist on installation of systems for customer's platforms and ground sites.
More About this Role :
Perform a variety of specific technical tasks to include monitoring, troubleshooting, configuring, and training of CACI specific products such as APERTURE, POINTGUARD, and GEOnet
Maintain operational readiness and availability of deployed systems via various scripts, graphical interfaces, and the Linux command line
Troubleshoot a variety of networking issues (end-to-end) to ensure availability of tactical assets
Operations support for fielded systems (training, documentation, tech assists, mission planning)
Provide hardware & software technical support to external and internal customers
Ensure software bugs are written and tracked properly via JIRA
Attend scheduled -JIRA bug reviews- to provide an operational perspective
Provide testing of newly deployed operational software builds
Provide scheduled status reports and executive high-level metrics to internal and external customers
Provide after-hours operational and technical support when needed
Work closely with developers, quality assurance, security, and support teams to achieve program objectives
Travel to customer sites to facilitate new installations, conduct training and execute test events
Configure remote systems IAW t program requirements
Provide high-level and technical demonstrations of CACI products
You'll Bring These Qualifications :
US Citizenship, and active Top Secret (TS) /SCI with poly required
Typically has a University Degree (BA/BS) or equivalent experience and a minimum of 10 years related work experience
Previous experience with military Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) and overall Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) capabilities, operations, and related qualifications
Experience with Navy Surface and airborne cryptologic systems such as SSEE INC E/F, BANSHEE, and CCOP.
Significant experience with Microsoft Windows operating systems to include Office
Must have a current certification compliant with DoD 8570 IAT level 1 (COMPTIA NET+)
Ability to travel 25% to 50% at times
Advanced Linux command line knowledge
Ability to manage tasks for multiple concurrent programs
Self-starter with good interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have :
Previous experience as a cryptological collector or maintainer
Advanced experience with Navy Surface and airborne cryptologic systems such as SSEE INC E/F, BANSHEE, and CCOP.
Experience with Unmanned Aviation Systems and other Intelligence, Surveillance & Reconnaissance platforms.
Experience with other Joint-Service solutions will also be considered
Experience operating and configuring DRT-based equipment
Advanced experience with Linux operating systems
Current certification compliant with DoD 8570 IAT level 2 (COMPTIA Security +)
Bash/Python Scripting experience
Experience with GEOnet and/or POINTGUARD

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$98,500 - 206,800 USD
