Summary Serves as a Supervisory Store Associate in a commissary store at a Defense Commissary Agency (DeCA) facility. The primary purpose of this position is perform as a first line supervisor for Store Associates. Specific assignments vary by individual store and store management requirements. Responsibilities Front end operations including patron identification, customer inquiries, check out and cash control. Non-perishable stock control including transporting items and stocking shelves. Knowledge of multiple departments within a grocery store in order to evaluate work, provide instruction and conduct on the job training for workers.
