WIS Inventory Supervisor Job Preview
Inventory Supervisors are responsible for the supervision of events, while guiding Inventory Associates and acting as the first point of contact to resolve any event concerns in support of and at the direction of the District Manager or Area Manager. Inventory Supervisors assist and direct other employees with daily tasks and interact with customers to ensure exceptional service. Team Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of two (2) years of experience as an Inventory Associate or similar role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong time-management skills
Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills
Ability to work flexible schedules with varying hours in support of the District Manager and customer commitments
A valid driver's license, proof of auto insurance, and/or meeting the WIS Fleet driver requirements may be required depending on the district or regional needs
Working Conditions:
Ability to, with or without reasonable accommodation, frequently squat, kneel, bend, climb ladders, and reach, as well as stand and walk for up to 10-12 hours. Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
