CACI is seeking a ServiceNow Architect to provide a multi-discipline expertise to establish a ServiceNow strategy and roadmap to enable platform services that support current and future DHS mission capabilities. Architects drive strategic planning and design specifications, evaluating and undertaking impact analyses on major design options and assessing and managing associated risks. Candidates would work in close collaboration with platform, development and project stakeholders, participating in planning, definition and execution of O&M activities, platform upgrades and development projects ensuring adherence to applicable security and governance standards, promoting consistent best-in-class solution approaches for the Enterprise.
More About the Role :
Act as a technical consultant to development teams and partner with business and IT teams to define long-term architectural vision, business and technical architecture roadmaps, and enterprise guidelines and standards
Documents and develops current-state and future-state architectures, maintaining system designs with each delivery increment
Specifies and designs complex platform components/integrations, selecting appropriate design standards, methods and tools, consistent with agreed enterprise policies, and ensures they are applied uniformly across platform and tenant administrators
Lead customer workshops/IPTs to assist in defining/improving architecture standards and guidelines
Drives continual service improvement through establishment of best practices, reusable assets and refinement of the implementation processes
Ensures that software designs balance functional, service quality, security, systems management and sustainability requirements
Assist the business in technology requests and vendor evaluations; perform buy vs. build analysis and promote the use of shared cloud platforms and services
Keep abreast of technology innovation, industry standards, architectural trends, and major technical vendors and provide thought leadership in the area of software architecture
Work with ServiceNow directly on bugs, upgrades and new capabilities.
You'll Bring These Qualifications:
Ability to attain DHS EOD
BA + 13 years' applicable experience, MA + 10 years applicable experience or 19 years' experience
Extensive understanding of the ways in which ServiceNow can be configured and customized and scripting within the tool
Experience with SIR and CSM
Experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems through SOAP or REST web services
Extensive Experience using the Workflow Editor to configure workflows and data mapping with external systems
These Qualifications Would Be Nice to Have:
Experience ServiceNow SecOps, specifically Security Incident Response (SIR)
Experience with ServiceNow Customer Service Mgmt. (CSM)

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$95,500-$210,100
