Provides Supervision to multi-shift inventory control and customer service staff.
Plans and implements systems improvements, reports, hardware and software.
Reviews and analyzes inventory transactions effecting distribution budget. (scraps, adjustments, errors, etc.)
Arranges for disposal of surplus materials and maintains control over excess and obsolete materials.
Reviews all Inventory Transfer Discrepancies (ITD's) and improves processes to reduce and eliminate ITD's.
Supports measurement systems and provides reports to RDC management.
Teams with external and internal customers to answer customer inquiries, order samples, determine order requirements and maintenance of established orders.
Recommends corrective services to adjust customer complaints (returns, order issues, quality assurance.)
Analyzes key information to compile work volume statistics for accounting purposes and to keep records of customer service requests and complaints.
Ensures cycle count goals and inventory accuracy measurements are met.
Processes Inventory Synchronization Module (ISM) and researches any discrepancies.
Ensures adherence to Sarbanes Oxley requirements according to Headquarters guidelines.
Coaches, trains and reviews performance of direct reports.
Ensures safe and healthful working conditions and an organized work environment.
Performs other duties as required.
Ensures employees meet all established standards for productivity, accuracy, equipment maintenance, housekeeping and safety.
Coaches and trains employees in the performance of warehouse activities.
Supervise warehouse personnel in effecting the receipt, storage, cycle counting and kitting of materials within the daily deadlines.
Insure the accurate entry of data, proper documentation, and correct inventory activities to support required levels of inventory accuracy.
Supervise subordinate personnel
