Job Description:
Gathers, analyzes and evaluates information on a variety of patient and family clinical care issues, taking into consideration policies, procedures, regulatory and legal obligations in order to perform a thorough investigation. Communicates the position of the organization internally and to patients / families. Actively participates in performance improvement teams as assigned. Provides consultative, educational and resource services to the organization. Work Experience: 3 years Registered Nurse experience preferably in an ambulatory or acute care setting. Experience using electronic medical documentation systems or database systems preferred.

Licensure/Certification Qualifications:
Current license with the appropriate State Board of Nursing.
May be required to hold multiple state licensures, depending on work locations.
