Job Description:
Provides therapeutic recreation activities to persons served, infant to adult, including evaluation and assessment, treatment, education and consultation to improve persons served abilities to improve quality of life to their highest feasible level. Provides services as a part of a care team assembled to assure optimal customer service and clinical and financial outcomes, under the direction of Essentia Health management and the referring physician.
Education Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required with a preference in therapeutic recreation or related field.
Licensure/Certification Qualifications:
Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification or ability to become certified within 6 months of hire.
