SAIC is searching for qualified candidates to fill role with AF/A3TI synchronizing Operational Training and Test Infrastructure (OTTI) Cross Functional Team (CFT) activities with Air Force Futures and Air Force Corporate Structure (AFCS) schedules and tempo.
This is a hybrid-remote job opportunity located out of the Pentagon.
Responsibilities include:
Planning and executing OTTI CFT meetings and agendas. Synchronize OTTI CFT activities with Air Force Futures and Air Force Corporate Structure (AFCS) schedules and tempo.
Assist with development of OTTI CFT documents, presentations, and communications.
Develop responses to official tasking and establish and maintain records management system.
Serve as division conduit to the Joint Capabilities Integration and Development System (JCIDS) process.
Review Capabilities Development Council (CDC) and Capabilities Development Workgroup (CDWG) topics for impact to division priorities.
Monitor the Information Resource and Support System (IRISS) for topics of interest and ensure division responses are consistent with AF/A3 policy and positions.
Workflow responsibilities include:
Distribution of tasks to the appropriate Action Officer(s) based on respective responsibilities, subject matter expertise, timing, and workload.
Provide quality assurance review of all responses and ensure compliance with AF/A3 and HAF/OCSO business rules.
Review division responses for consistency with previous AF/A3, HAF, and OCSO, positions and previous responses.
Coordinate with AF/A3 Congressional, SAF Legislative Liaison and/or SAF Financial Management Legislative Liaison offices on all Congressional requests for information and legislatively directed Congressional reports.
Coordinate with Joint Actions Control Office (JACO) on all Joint Staff (JS) assigned tasks.
Recurring duties include:
OTTI CFT routine communications, planning and action item management.
OTTI CFT routine communications, planning and recurring (weekly to monthly) agenda management.
OTTI CFT coordination with multiple AFCS panels.
Preparing or editing professional group, personal, interagency, tasking, senior leader, or Congressional correspondence.
Information management for OTTI CFT and JCIDS programs.
Oversight of unclassified and classified task management for a high tempo, broad portfolio training and readiness division.
Coordination on formal division tasks spanning every echelon of USAF and USSF.
Manage division staff meeting, maintain and assure quality of division and directorate staff meeting slides.
Assist with development of documents to prepare division and directorate leadership for Capabilities Development Work Group.
Monitor IRISS.
Plan and execute tri annual OTTI CFT meeting.
Develop and update division business practices to improve processes and assure quality.
Qualifications
Required Experience/Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree and (nine) 9 yrs, Master's and (seven) 7 or relevant years of experience in lieu of degree.
Background in range operations and systems, airspace management, or other operational training and test infrastructure elements including synthetic training systems and distributed mission networks
Air Force operations/HAF staff experience.
Experience with the AF Task Management Tool (TMT).
Experience with MAJCOM or above workflow management desired.
High level of competency with Microsoft Office software.
Exceptional time & information management skills/above average communication skills.
Must be a US Citizen and currently possess a Secret clearance.
Target salary range: $125,001 - $150,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
