CACI is seeking a Program/ Project Manager for an upcoming award in Huntsville, AL. The candidate should have an Army Aviation background with knowledge of current needs within PEO Aviation.
What You'll Get to Do:
Responsible for the overall management, performance, and completion of projects, tasks, or delivery orders as part of a program supporting the HQ staff for PEO Aviation.
Oversee all areas of project management, from initiation through closeout to ensure the successful execution of the project's mission, goals, and objectives.
Reports to the CACI Director, Huntsville Division.
Responsible for managing one or more activities, control accounts, and tasks within a project/program.
Planning, organizing, and oversight for the successful completion of program-level goals and objectives.
Ensuring that all projects are delivered within scope, time, and budget constraints.
Interface with various levels of program leadership:project managers, task and functional leaders, subcontractors, and support personnel.
More About the Role:
Interface with the PEO Aviation officials (e.g., KO, COR, PM) who direct technical directives and specific work requests; authorize funded, and contracted work; and determine the program's direction.
Direct, source, and assign tasks to Team CACI (including subcontractors).
Manage available contract ceilings with those customer requirements.
Validate invoicing from program staff employees.
Determine the best solutions and options for emerging requirements.
Communicate with numerous subcontractor representatives and PEO Aviation officials with budget, mission, and oversight responsibilities.
You'll Bring These Qualifications:
Active SECRET Clearance or ability to obtain a secret clearance
A BA/BS Degree
Minimum of 15 years of technical and management experience
Understanding of current PEO Aviation requirements such as MOSA, data interoperability, etc.
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
Familiarity and understanding of the Army aviation enterprise
Knowledge of PEO Aviation's structure, programs, methods, and plans
Former Army Aviator

$78,300 - $164,500
