_JOB PURPOSE-_ As a member with SKECHERS USA, Inc IT team, this person will be responsible for supporting ITSM Process Manager to develop, document, train, and maintain IT Asset Management process within the IT Service Management team. The primary responsibility of Hardware Asset Analyst is to define, document, monitor, and analyze asset lifecycle to streamline and implement process efficiencies. They will be required to analyze business requirements and be able to perform gap analysis in order to define and design future state flow with a focus on process integration and automation. The Hardware Asset Analyst should be a process-oriented individual with a data-centric decision-making focus to support and justify potential process improvements while tracking value and ROI. They should drive process evolution and implement a continual improvement cycle. The selected candidate will support the ITSM team in collaboration with other functional areas of IT to facilitate process engagement and workshops to collect the workflow artifacts needed for digitization of ITAM within ServiceNow platform. _ESSENTIAL JOB RESULTS-_ * Support the design of ITAM process by creating best practice templates, systems and artifacts that standardize IT Service Delivery framework and execution within the IT department * Lead efforts in developing effective ITAM strategies, policy, approaches and practices across the full range of IT assets used within the organization. * Gather data on and provide analysis of all activities that have an impact on the value, cost, and risk of IT asset life cycles. * Carry out periodic asset audits to ensure accuracy of information reflected in the CMDB and take corrective actions on discrepancies * Assists and supports the workflow owners to define automation workflows * Collect and provide key management reporting of KPIs & metrics to subsequently measure, review & analyze the effectiveness & efficiency of ITAM * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practice standards. Support the enterprise by providing information on best practice implementations. * Operate with a strong sense of urgency ensuring that existing and new processes add value to both the organization and our customers * Establish and support controls and procedures to review, assess, prioritize, & track compliance to requirements incorporated into tool and process designs.* * _ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES-_ - Other duties as assigned. _SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES-_ - No _JOB REQUIREMENTS-_ * Five (5) plus years of experience in defining, updating, deploying and managing ITAM process, roles and technology to support (ITAM) practices. * Strong experience with ServiceNow Platform * Experience with automation tools to enrich the integrations and drive operational excellence * Demonstrated experience with ITAM and Asset Management Life Cycles to deliver ITAM capability and improved business outcomes throughout organizations. * Strong skills with building workflow diagrams, communications flow, models, and SLAs * Experience in translating process user requirements to technical process stories for development. * Ability to analyze process data and synthesize the data to create metrics and key performance indicators. * Working ability to coordinate with external partner relationship management * Ability for cross-functional influencing skills; driving disparate teams to align on integrated goals * Experience with Agile and other development methodologies * Familiarity or basic working knowledge of IT production processes, such as change management, configuration management, release management, and lifecycle management * Ability to demonstrate process analysis, strong interpersonal skills and team orientation _EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE-_ The ideal candidate will have: * 4-year degree in computer science/MIS/engineering or related field or equivalent experience The following certifications: * ITIL Foundations (Required) * ITIL Practitioner (Preferred) * IAITAM CHAMP (Preferred) All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines. _QUALIFICATIONS-_ To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
