Description: Are you ready to help lead Security Operations for the Enterprise Wide Area Network (eWAN) program and support business modernization efforts to enable programs utilizing our platforms?

In the role as a Security Rep Asc Mgr / FSO you will:

Lead a team and ensure compliance with regulatory guidance and established policies to include but not limited to; 32 CFR Part 117, National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM).

Lead, develop, administer, and audit security programs for compliance with government regulations associated with the protection of classified material and sensitive information.

Perform in individual and team roles supporting all contractual security requirements for DOD collateral classified programs.

Work closely with U. S. Government customers to seek contract execution approvals and seek security rulings or deviations.

Provide support in managing the quality, schedule and cost expectations associated with program development and execution, while maintaining the fundamental security requirements defined by the customer, company and program.

Prepare implementation manuals outlining regulations, and establish procedures for handling, storing, keeping records, and granting personnel and visitors access to classified materials.

Lead a strong security education training and awareness program.

Investigate security violations and prepare reports specifying preventive action to be taken.

Apply business-minded and risk-managed solutions to security issues and business challenges and communicate observations and recommendations to leadership and enterprise business partners.

Responsible for keeping up to date on all changes to security policy and directives issued by cognizant Government Security organizations.

Provide support to classified meetings and work within DISS and NISS Government databases.

Basic Qualifications:

- Active Secret Clearance

- Experience as an FSO or AFSO and the utilization of DISS and NISS Government databases

- Experience administering physical security, personnel security, information security, and operations security requirements

- Experience conducting investigations

- Candidate must be able to effectively lead a team, work with minimal supervision in a high-stress, fast-paced, multi-program environment.

- Selected candidate must have good communications skills, and be comfortable in a team atmosphere yet work independently to ensure compliance with Lockheed Martin, customer and government requirements.

- Preferred candidate must be fluent with NISPOM series documents and other program-specific type security directives in support of multiple special access and collateral programs.

Desired Skills:

- Ability to articulate and present intelligent, decisive and risk-managed security recommendations and decisions on a daily basis.

- Security supervisor or leadership experience.

- Proven ability to manage competing, multiple deadlines and priorities.

- Effective teaming skills (with team, internal/external customers, suppliers)

- Crisis Management Experience

Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Clearance Level: Secret

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week

Pay Rate:

The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Washington or Washington DC is $82,100 - $157,500 . Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.

This position is incentive plan eligible.
