This role is for an Enterprise Logistics and Test Solutions (ELTS) Technical Lead within the Land and Maritime Solutions market segment.
Ability to lead the development of Integrated Master Schedules and Integrated Master Plans. Extensive experience with Planning and scheduling and demonstrated the ability to work effectively in a leadership role. Ability to provide direct support to the Program Manager for the execution of current and future business goals, contract execution on multiple contracts, customer objectives and formulation of new business strategies. Determines customer requirements and translates these into organizational plans which include the development of SOWs, WBS, IMP, IMS, Risk Assessments, Schedule Metric generation and reporting, and all activities related to execution of the Program. Possess a high level overview of the Program and will proactively address schedule conflicts and plan execution. The candidate must interface with a multi-discipline team, Program Managers, Cost Account Managers, external Customers and Subcontractors. Ability to consolidate detailed schedule data into management level reporting.
Basic Qualifications:
*Extensive Program Performance Management knowledge, EVMS experience and integrated cost & scheduling tool implementation.
*Extensive knowledge with scheduling SW such as MS Project, Open Plan, and Milestones Professional.
*Basic Excel skills
*Schedule Metrics generation, analysis & reporting.
*Ability to prepare and present various types of reports to all levels of Management. Strong communication, interpersonal & presentation skills.
*Strong Organizational skills. Detail oriented.
*Good command of written and verbal communication skills.
*Ability to apply organizational, planning, management, problem solving & execution skills to multiple projects simultaneously.
*Effectively interface w/ senior leaders in the organization.
*Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
