Job Description:

The End User Platform Analyst II designs and implements a secure, reliable and cost effective enterprise desktop and mobile computing architecture; administers desktop and mobile technologies to insure they meet the organizations needs for functionality, performance, security, data integrity and availability; and provides input to the development of strategies, policies and procedures to insure the secure and efficient delivery of desktop and mobile computing services. This individual requires strong oral and written communication skills to effectively communicate technology concepts to a varied audience.

Education Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in computer science or related field

Minimum of 3 years related experience

OR

Associates degree in computer science or related field

Minimum of 4 years related experience

OR

6 years experience in a medium to large centralized IS department with evidence of increasing responsibility.

Licensure/Certification Qualifications:

Applicable hardware and software certifications or the ability to become certified.
