We offer a hybrid 3-2 work schedule (three days in the office, two days of teleworking) to accommodate the need for flexibility.

Job Summary
Supply Chain Management Corporate Services wants to hire two (2) Interns to work part-time while in school (20 hours/week) and full-time during the summer (40 hours/week). The successful candidates may have the option to work year-round. This position is hybrid and will require at least 2 days in the office each week.
- Create and facilitate follow-up on new supplier registrations in Ariba
- Collaborate with customer, supplier and accounting to resolve invoice discrepancies
- Facilitate supplier qualifications for environmental, safety, and cyber risk
- Support Corporate divestiture, merger and acquisition activities, both pre and post close
- Create and issue non-complex purchase orders and change orders
- Resolve automated purchase order process exceptions
- Other duties as assigned
Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Experience
MAJORS: Undergraduate student with a major in Supply Chain Economics, Business, Analytics or any applicable major.
GRAD DATES: A student graduating in December 2024 or Spring 2025.
