Description
Reporting to the National Director this position contributes to the growth of Dent Wizard by leading new projects and initiatives that develop technical, operational, and financial skills of the workforce in the field.
This position can be located anywhere in the United States with access to a major airport.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Uses expert knowledge of Dent Wizard operations and service offerings to empower field Technicians and managers
Plans and leads new projects and initiatives in accord with DW standards
Partners with field personnel and affiliated 3 rd parties to optimize Technician time and production
Identifies performance issues and addresses them early on in a professional, respectful manner
Addresses customer issues and operational deficiencies to achieve positive results
Communicates regularly with project teams and corporate personnel to identify best practices
Manages multiple projects with various timelines and often conflicting priorities
Completes activity logs noting project status, timeline, additional resources, support needed, etc.
Insures all Standard Operating Procedures, tools, equipment, people resources and training are available and ready
Communicates regularly with operations, sales teams and corporate personnel
Ensures the workplace complies with HR policies, employment laws, health, safety, and environmental laws/requirements, OSHA, Paint Fit Test, Air Quality Management and Fire Marshall
Maintains technical expertise in multiple lines of business
Required Qualifications
Operations and service drive program experience
Excellent presentation skills
Credible and persuasive communication style
Demonstrated ability to interact at all levels in a positive, professional manner
Ability to create additional value for customers, employees, and Company
Solid understanding of financial results and material costs
Background prioritizing multiple projects with various timelines
Extensive travel required
Preferred Qualifications
Experience as an Account Representative, Area Manager or Project Specialist preferred
