Reports to the Billing Manager, responsible for overseeing the day to day billing function for corporate offices and assist with franchise billing as necessary. Candidate will be trained in all workstreams of the billing department including electronic billing, creating journal entries, customer master and credit/rebills, month end processes and procedures, manning the billing inbox, print processes. Will at times be asked to contribute to administrative tasks such as but not limited to: filing, administrative support, reception backup, mail distribution, and office maintenance. Continuously evaluating processes and procedures of this department and assisting in the implementation of changes if necessary. Assist with documentation and updates to existing processes and procedures.
-Associates Degree in Accounting, or High School Diploma with relevant work experience.
-Minimum of (1) years relevant experience working in an accounting environment
-Possessing problem solving and analytical skills is essential
-Excellent keying skills and written communication is essential
-Extremely organized in order to handle the high volume and detailed tasks associated with this position.
Will be required to successfully complete pre-employment screening, which includes criminal background check, credit check and drug and alcohol test. We also require supervisory references and education verification.
