Cvent Technical Solutions Specialist We're looking for a Cvent Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will work along-side your teammates and with clients to provide technical support and strategy with all aspects of Cvent. This will include Meeting Request Form design, website template design, reporting and data accuracy. You will help to ensure the clients instance of Cvent is running optimally while partnering on future strategies to make their meeting level technology needs best in class.
**Vaccination may be required based on travel requirements and client policies.
Your responsibilities - You will be working side by side with the client's technology team to provide support for all meeting operations functional areas utilizing customer specific technology, assisting with any technology questions and challenges - Identifying, documenting and managing Cvent changes and enhancements providing recommendations to team - Partner with the Event Operations to provide appropriate technology solutions that support internal process improvements - Assist with all aspects of the website development and design, keeping close eye on details and client led changes to the site when needed. - Assist with all aspects of event level mobile app development, keeping in mind the end user experience - Present timely and accurate Cvent technology updates to the client whilst outlining all risks and benefits associated to updates including recommendations for the client's instance
You're good at - All things Cvent - proficiency is a must! Minimum 5 years meeting industry experience with a focus on technology solutions. - Providing excellent customer service. - Utilizing your interpersonal, presentation, and verbal and written communication skills at an exceptional level. - Compiling, analyzing and presenting data, findings and progress in a concise manner. - Working collaboratively. You're team player with positive attitude and creative problem-solving mindset.
You might also have - Experience in web development, design and graphic design and mobile app development
