Job Description

T-Mobile Marketing Solutions (TMS) is looking for an experienced senior manager to help build the next generation of audience insights and measurement products by helping identify and analyze new potential data sources and partnerships. The Sr Manager, Data Analytics will assist in creating the vision, strategy and plan for the future state of TMS products by leading a team of Data Analytics Managers who will vet new potential data sources as well as develop new and innovative audience analytics offerings using T-Mobile's first and third-party data sources.

What you'll do in your role.

  • Support the Director, M&I Partnerships, in the identification and vetting of potential partnerships and data sources to enhance our current product offerings and in the creation of custom products

  • Build and lead a team of Data Analytics Managers while also managing across teams and across lines of business to engage and activate stakeholders that can add value to the data requirements your team creates

  • Support the partnership team and POC process by developing and executing data analytics strategies for analyzing new potential data sources and partners

  • Transform business level data requirements into technical processes that can be supported within the TMS systems, platforms, and data science environments

  • Proactively recognize and identify upstream process and data collection technology improvement opportunities. Coordinate with internal DS and Eng teams in the implementation of system improvements and enhancements

  • Support TMS sales efforts by joining client calls as the SME when discussing custom solutions

  • Utilize expert quantitative and qualitative analytical skills to lead the development of new custom product offerings utilizing T-Mobile's first and third-party data sets in support of the advertising line of business

  • Define and document technical requirements to assess new data sources as well as the feasibility of specific data solutions

  • Ensure that proper quality assurance and technical testing efforts are performed for custom products and POC data evaluations. Own issues and resolutions to completion

  • Proactively recognize and identify upstream process and data collection technology improvement opportunities. Coordinate with internal DS and Eng teams in the implementation of system improvements and enhancements

The experience you'll bring.

  • At least 18 years of age

  • Legally authorized to work in the United States

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • T-Mobile requires all employees in this position to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 prior to starting work, unless precluded from doing so by applicable law. The CDC currently defines -fully vaccinated- as two weeks after the second dose for Pfizer and Moderna, and two weeks after the single dose of Johnson & Johnson.
