GENERAL FUNCTION
The HR Administrator provides support to assigned business units and HR BP team by ensuring effective execution of Luxottica HR programs and initiatives. Owns HR data integrity, organizational structures, and onboard/exit procedures. The HR Administrator is expected to bring subject matter expertise and fresh thinking to the team, provide process improvement ideas and stay focused on delivering meaningful results.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Executes HR processes and efficiencies across Shared Services. Ensure managers execute appropriate HR practices, processes, tools, and systems.
Supports Shared Services in all HRIS programs including pay, data, leave, learning, recruiting, etc.
Ensures systems and reporting are accurate and develops easy methods to maintain.
Provides support, training, and director to business management regarding HR processes and problem-solving.
Builds trust and provides rapid service
Collaborates with HR COE partners as appropriate to ensure opportunities are addressed systemically and consistently, with a focus on creating a culture of continuous improvement.
May provide HR BP support to small Shared Services departments including maintenance of position descriptions and job postings.
Provides coordination support to Organizational restructure projects including data gathering, legal reporting, system shut downs, property collection, separation documents, etc.
Acts as a point of contact for Outsourced agency and associated invoice payment.
Serves as an integral part of on-boarding experience for new Shared Services associates and partners with functional teams to ensure smooth transition into the Luxottica (e.g. Equipment, Voice mail, business cards, cell phones, etc.)
Manages the Organizational Chart monthly update process with all Shared Services Business units.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in business administration, HR management, Industrial/Organizational Psychology or related field (or equivalent experience)
3+ years' experience in project management, administration, or related
Strong knowledge of HR policies, processes and programs
Sense of urgency and drive for results
Critical thinking, analytical and problem solving skills
Responsive, with strong interpersonal, relationship-building and communication skills
Strong collaboration and teamwork; Reinforces one voice of HR
Demonstrated ability to treat confidential matters with appropriate discretion
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
