In this role you will help with timecards, scheduling, accounts receivable, etc. We are looking for someone with a minimum of 2 years' experience in clerical work or related roles. Experience with MyTime or UKG is preferred but not required.
Shift: Monday-Friday working 7:00am-4:30pm, with no weekend or holiday requirements.
This position is located at NCMC in Greeley, but you will travel to Fort Collins around 2 times per week.

POSITION SUMMARY
This position provides clerical and administrative services and assistance requiring occasional discretion and judgement. This position will support the service line or department Director with timecard editing, field file management and occupational health tracking. This position will track equipment as appropriate. This position will assist with compiling audits and compliance reports as well as submitting security requests for system access for team members. This position will create onboarding schedules and new hire activities.

Maintains records and/or files for assigned area. Ensures appropriate documentation is timely and accurately entered in the departmental application.
Prepares, collates, and distributes various reports in a timely and accurate manner. Demonstrates ability to complete or handle recurring department projects or one-time projects, as directed by supervisor. Prioritizes and organizes own work. Uses discretion to modify work practices to achieve results or improve efficiency. Receives high- level work direction, with after the fact review.
May provide clerical and administrative support to department staff, maintaining a high degree of confidentiality on all sensitive information this position is privy to.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma/GED or equivalent working knowledge.
Employees working at Banner Behavioral Health Hospital or BTMC Behavioral must possess an Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card at the time of hire and maintain the card for the duration of their employment.
Significant experience, typically gained through 3 years relevant work experience . Working knowledge of clerical and administrative services as normally demonstrated through three years administrative support experience. Must have the ability to follow oral and written directions as they relate to the functions listed above. Must have excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills to effectively interact with department personnel, assist customers with inquiries, schedule meetings and appointments, as well as, provide assistance with incoming telephone calls and walk-ins. Must have a working knowledge of personal software package to perform the clerical and administrative functions described above. Must have the ability to organize, prioritize and multi-task workload in a fast paced environment and maintain a professional manner.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
