This role offers analytically-minded candidates the opportunity to be a part of one of T-Mobile's fastest-growing divisions-T-Mobile for Business (TFB). As Manager, Data Enablement, you will lead a team to enable Business Data Stewards/Sponsors to perform their governance functions, and TFB reporting and analytics teams to effectively utilize the data products and data platforms, including access to data dictionaries, data labs, and associated data tools. You and your team will be a trusted partner with the business data owners and data consumers, work closely with the TFB Data Engineering and TFB Data Enablement within the TFB Data Transformation group, and collaborate with TFB functions (Marketing, Operations, Products, Sales, Wholesale, Partners, etc.) and our Enterprise Technology Services teams. This role reports to the Director, Data Transformation on the TFB Digital Transformation team.
What you'll do in your role.
Coordinates with the Business Data Owners and Consumers, data services leads, and Hub leadership to establish data policies, processes, and standards with the appropriate teams, including enforcement of data quality, security, and management concepts
Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to identify new opportunities, partnerships, provide analysis and optimization plans for use of data products and platforms across TFB
Motivate and focus on people resources, lead the trainings for new hires and provide knowledge leadership
Evangelizes use of the common business language and associated meta-data management; coordinates with Information Integration Team on providing access to documentation
Oversees all formal communications on data strategy and data management at TFB
Hire and manage team members with the requisite skills and experiences.
Develop and maintain positive working relationships with partner teams in a collaborative team environment, especially when engaging system, process, and data owners, to -own- data enablement tasks and take corrective action.
Track and report progress against data enablement metrics and goals.
Develop and maintain documentation on data enablement approaches, metrics, and processes.

Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years managing a team
4+ years' experience with managing Data product deployment or enablement at a large enterprise.
Basic knowledge of data products and knowledge management
Depth of knowledge in business transformation and capability deployment
Working knowledge of all information management disciplines.
Excellent communication skills with experience collaborating with various functional teams.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Bachelor's degree or professional equivalent required.
At least 18 years of age.
Legally authorized to work in the United States.
Successful completion of a Pre-employment background screen.
Desired
Cross-functional collaboration with sales operations, commissioning, marketing, and/or billing data.
Change management experience and skills in producing clear deliverables.
