The Director Support Specialist is crucial in the on and off-boarding of new and transitioning school
directors as well as coaching and mentoring of existing School Directors. They will work collaboratively
with District Managers, Business Partners, and School Directors to ensure implementation of company
goals around school operations, talent development, performance management, and coaching.
Director qualified in all schools in one's assigned area

Physical Demands
Manipulation of hands, arms, and fingers for pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 35 lbs regularly throughout the day.
Moderate vision, hearing and talking for communicating with students, parents, and co-workers.
Operate a motor vehicle safely.
Train, develop, and ensure seamless onboarding for new school directors. This includes parents and staff having a positive experience ensuring consistency with changes.
Provide support, training, and coaching to existing Directors and Assistant Directors, as needed.
Requires flexibility in schedule and duties to temporarily fill in as a Director to ensure successful daily operations at the school level.
Work collaboratively with Region Director and Region Business partners in implementing and achieving company goals around school operations, coaching/mentoring, and training/development.
Creating a positive working environment through praise, recognition, and morale boosters. Must maintain a professional rapport with staff and parents. Attempt to resolve all employee, agency, or family conflicts
Create and implement procedures and continually monitor to ensure success and satisfaction of Directors through follow up coaching/mentor performance management meetings.
Be willing to attend and pursue professional development opportunities as required. This may be conferences, on or off-site training, as well as Childcare Education Institute and other online resources for professional development as required.
Independent travel, ensuring that all directors are brought on board with a hands-on approach.
Assists with upholding best business practices as well as schools licensing, QRIS, accreditation, and internal quality standards
