We are looking for a Senior Manager of Industrial Engineering to lead a collaborative team focused on transforming our fabrication processes. As a Senior Manager you will impact all the following and more:

- Lead with Purpose: Inspire and manage a team of industrial engineers in the strategy, design, development, and implementation of innovative manufacturing processes and systems.

- Collaborative Innovation: Work alongside cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and implement effective solutions that enhance operational efficiency and product quality.

- Project Management: Develop and manage budgets, schedules, and resources for industrial engineering projects, ensuring successful execution and alignment with organizational goals.

- Data-Driven Insights: Conduct analyses and present recommendations to senior management regarding manufacturing processes, systems, and equipment.

- Compliance and Best Practices Ensure adherence to all relevant regulations, standards, and policies related to defense aerospace manufacturing.

- Continuous Learning: Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in industrial engineering and defense aerospace manufacturing.

This position is in Fort Worth, TX Discover Fort Worth.

Basic Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field

- Minimum of 10 years of experience in manufacturing, including at least 5 years in a leadership role

- Strong knowledge of defense aerospace manufacturing processes, systems, and equipment

- Experience and understanding of fabrication production environments, preferably in Aerospace parts fabrication or assembly

- Experience in leading and managing cross-functional teams

Desired Skills:

- Strong Presentation skills and ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership.

- Experience implementing SIOP business practices

- Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills

- Experience with Earned Value Management Systems

- Experience with manufacturing budgeting, scheduling, and resource management

- Experience with digital transformation within manufacturing industry

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
