Labcorp is seeking a Sales Support Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about Customer Service & Sales and motivated to work with a customer centric team in an innovative company.

Pay Range: $53,269 - $95,004 Annually
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Pacific Time
Work Location: Remote within the Washington, Oregon, Idaho & California region

Job Responsibilities:
Client onboarding: ensure that every new client is setup and educated correctly in regard to Billing, logistics, EMR, supplies, required forms & templates
Work in multiple databases to research complex issues and questions
Act as a liaison between the client and the Labcorp operations and billing teams in relation to client needs
Provide additional customer education and information as needed
Provide ongoing service and problem resolution to customer base
Ensure customer retention by providing superior customer service
Recommend solutions that are client focused and persuasive
Provide account management for client's day to day operations
Continuously provide educational material to the client base
Resolve any customer related issues in a timely manner
Cultivate customer value by selling Labcorp's entire value proposition i.e. tests, services, data/analytics, science and medicine
Job Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED equivalent required, Associate's or Bachelor's degree highly desired
At least 2 years' experience working in a sales support or client service role in a health care or insurance environment, comfortable making 20-30 calls a day.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite is required
Strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent ability to listen and respond
Must be courteous with strong customer service orientation
Excellent multitasking abilities required
Strong flexibility and the ability to manage and adapt to changing priorities quickly
Bonus Points if you have:
Previous Labcorp experience is preferred
Prior healthcare industry, such as a physician's office or a hospital
Experience with Salesforce.com and/or Laboratory Information Systems is preferred
