Job Description:
The SVP of System Clinical and Support Services is accountable for the operations, administration, evaluation and ongoing development of significant clinical and support functions including Department of Laboratory Medicine and Pathology, EH Ambulatory and Acute Pharmacy Services, EH Security and Disaster Preparedness and EH Durable Medical Equipment. Ensures short and long-term goals and objectives are achieved in accordance with plans and budgets. Responsible for coordinating activities with other departments across the health system to facilitate efficient and effective operation of ancillary services including continuous service and quality improvement.
Education Qualifications:
Experience
Minimum of 10 years of progressive management experience required.
Minimum of 10 years of leading multiple ancillary service functions in a complex system.
Licensure/Certification Qualifications:
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or related field required.
Master's degree or advanced degree in a related field such as MBA, MHA is required.
