Meeting Planner We have a fantastic opportunity to join our global Apple dedicated team and are looking for a Meeting Planner who will be based in our client's office in Austin and/or Cupertino. You will be an integral member of this global client dedicated team, who are passionate about events no matter the format - virtual, hybrid or in person. You strive to exceed customer expectations and are not afraid to question and bring new ideas and energies to the table.

You will be responsible for the execution of end-to-end meetings and events to include creative concept proposals, sourcing, negotiating, contracting, planning, attendee management, onsite execution, and reconciliation. These meetings and events are complex in nature and require high touch and outstanding customer service.

You thrive on juggling multiple projects, meeting and exceeding deadlines, good budget management and enjoy attending onsite to ensure it meets all delivery expectations.

**Vaccination may be required based on client policies and travel requirements.

Your responsibilities - Act as the primary point of contact for your client, and ensure all milestones are clearly communicated and met. Be consultative in your approach. - Ensure the attendee journey is seamless, compliant, and successful. - Negotiate vendor contracts and mitigate financial risk. - Facilitate the creative direction and overall development timeline of program web sites, proofread, present and gain client approval. - Negotiate and purchase ancillary contracts such as ground transportation, entertainment, and dcor elements via preferred supplier partners. - Monitor supplier service levels. Address and resolve service issues directly with supplier in a professional manner. - Devise on-site program operations staff recommendations based on specific role and responsibility, scope of program and continuity with respective Client. - Manage all reporting documentation required within the appropriate meeting technology platform.

Your expertise: - Proven end to end event delivery and event registration expertise in the USA and Overseas. - Confidence in leading a project with your stakeholders. You can own the room and convey confidence in your project planning, knowledge of venues / destinations and suppliers and also bring new ideas to the table. - Excellent communication skills along with a calm, positive and collaborative approach. - Advanced analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, ability to troubleshoot under pressure. - Proven experience in using event technology platforms e.g. Cvent - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (training can be provided) - Flexible and proactive approach to work, able to juggle multiple priorities and projects with resilience under pressure along with the ability to adapt to change - Ability to travel regularly in the USA and Overseas
