Provides a comprehensive array of professional services related to the identification, assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of persons with auditory and balance disorders and the disabilities associated with them. Audiologists utilize evaluation, assessment, patient education and counseling tools to identify and provide non-medical management of disorders of the auditory, balance, and neural system. Audiologists work independently and in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals.

Education Qualifications:

Must hold a master degree or doctoral degree in audiology from a program accredited by the Council of Academic Accreditation in Audiology and Speech Language Pathology (CAA) of the American Speech-Language Hearing Association.

PRACTICE SPECIFICS

  • Join the Fargo community! The Fargo area is a young, growing community and offers a wide variety of opportunities for families with three universities in the area.

  • Assume an existing busy practice with two excellent partners with one Hearing Instrument Specialist.

  • Excellent referral base from more than 20 regional centers. The practice has been in existence for 45 years.

  • Anticipated weekly work schedule at base location: 8am to 5pm Monday thru Friday.

  • Anticipated volume of office patients per day at base location: 10-15 patients on average per day.

  • This opening will include outreach to nearby rural clinics

  • ND and MN license

LOCATION

  • Centrally located on the border of North Dakota & Minnesota

  • Fargo-Moorhead population: 250,000

  • Regional Service area consists of 25 clinics & 5 hospitals
