Labcorp is a leader in global sciences with a mission to improve health and improve lives. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Financial Analyst to support our Revenue Cycle Management organization and provide financial analysis and strategic insights to Labcorp's leadership.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Analyzing and interpreting financial aspects of the revenue cycle.
Financial modeling and analyses related to accounts receivable, revenue, and allowances.
Assisting with monthly financial reporting and automation of processes.
Conducting in-depth financial analyses to identify trends, deviations, and communicating insight to management.
Assisting with modeling budgets, forecasts, and financial plans related to revenue cycle.
Collaborating with Operations to ensure accurate and efficient reporting of accruals.
Providing support as needed for internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with internal controls.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience related in revenue cycle management, healthcare finance, or related roles.
Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex financial data.
Ability to clearly communicate analyses performed and conclusions reached.
Knowledge of healthcare billing and coding practices, insurance reimbursement, and regulatory requirements.
Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams well as work independently.
Comfortable with a fast-paced, demanding environment, and adaptable to change.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Practical and demonstrated experience with financial reporting systems and analytic platforms such as PeopleSoft Financials, Oracle Financial Services Software, Hyperion Financial Management, Essbase/SmartView, and SAS is a plus.
Knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle software such as Labcorp Billing System or Xifin is a plus.
Accounting and GAAP knowledge strongly desired.

Pay Range: $52,200 - $75,000 annually
