Duties and Responsibilities: Carries out policy of courtesy and service. - Reproduces a variety of video tapes utilizing enhancer and video recorders. Checks each video tape for quality of sound picture etc. Maintains logs. Answers questions and resolves day-to-day problems. - Schedules photographer and group unit for individual and group cruisebook pictures. Assures that necessary equipment supplies etc. are on hand for pictures to be taken. - Schedules film processing of group unit pictures to ensure processing is completed as requested. - Ensures that individual group unit pictures are kept in appropriate order by using a safety trimmer and twin check labeler. - Works under the general supervision of a designated supervisor who makes assignments provides general instructions and procedures concerning routine assignments and specific and detailed instructions concerning non routine assignments. - Performs all layout work for cruisebook such as cutting and pasting. As necessary types names addresses and appropriate captions under each print in cruisebook. - Schedules cruisebook for printing. Maintains all necessary paperwork negatives and prints for cruisebook and video tape. - Performs all other related duties as assigned. MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN OR HAVE LIVED IN THE U.S. FOR THREE YEARS. Qualifications: GENERAL EXPERIENCE 1 year progressively responsible clerical or office work of any kind in which the applicant has demonstrated the ability to perform satisfactorily at the grade level of the position. AND SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE None required OR SUBSTITUTION OF EDUCATION FOR EXPERIENCE 1 2 year academic study above the high school level may be substituted for each 6 months of 1 year of general.
