About This Opportunity Responsibilities The Total Rewards Coordinator aids with and facilitates the total rewards processes at the Store Support Center Corporate location. This role administers the executive insurance programs, expatriate program (including tax support), relocation, special bonuses, and Financial Counseling program, among others. This position resolves program related issues, in coordination with vendors, and ensures effective use of plans and positive employee relations. This role provides administrative support to the Total Rewards function, including record-keeping and file maintenance, in full alignment with the payroll function as needed. Duties/Responsibilities: Administers executive insurance programs (LTD and Life), expatriate programs (including tax support), relocation, special bonuses, and Financial Counseling program. Responsible for processing changes and terminations in these programs. Processes required documents through payroll and vendors to ensure accurate record-keeping and proper billing. Performs customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions. Assists with processing of terminations. Makes photocopies; mails, scans and emails documents; and performs other clerical functions. Files documents into appropriate employee files. Assists or prepares correspondence as requested. Prepares new-employee executive files. Processes mail. Performs other related duties as assigned. Qualifications Required Skills/Abilities: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Working understanding of human resource principles, practices and procedures. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Education and Experience: Degree in human resources or related field and/or equivalent experience preferred. At least one year of related administration experience. Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times. #LI-DB1
