Job Description:
Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Divisional Location which shall include planning, organizing, controlling, managing and directing the daily operations of all locations. Will ensure efficient utilization of financial and human resources, enforcement of policies, identification of trends, and enforcement of cost controls. The nature of the position requires the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and handle frequent priority changes. The position requires a high level of initiative, professionalism, discretion, judgment and excellent interpersonal skills as well as the ability to handle confidential corporate information with discretion and act with good judgment in difficult situations. Work Experience: over seven years advanced secretarial work experience in a complex office environment including extensive experience in the workplace with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access) or comparable software.

The approximate base compensation range is posted, but the actual offer will reflect our total compensation and benefits package. The offer will be determined by a number of factors including the selected candidate's experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, FTE, as well as internal equity among our team.
