The Opportunity:
As a CACI Cyber Advisor for the SOUTHCOM Joint CCMD Cyber Assessment Team (JCCAT) you will support the SOUTHCOM J38-JCC execute the SOUTHCOM Regional Cyber Strategy, Special Operations Command - South and SOUTHCOM Campaign Plans, CJCS Global Competition EXORD, and SOUTHCOM JCCAT EXORD. You will plan, coordinate, and physically conduct JCCAT Follow-On Missions to provide cyber-defense / cyber-security related security cooperation subject matter expertise and advise & assist activities with designated Partner Nations in accordance with the findings and recommendations from previous SCJ38-JCC conducted JCCAT missions. The Technical Advisor, under the SCJ38-JCC's direction and guidance, will develop country specific Plans of Action (POA) and coordinate multiple engagements with each specific Partner Nation to improve their Cyber-Defense / Cyber-Security.
Responsibilities:
You will also support the below tasks:
Assist the JCCAT plan and coordinate Follow-On Missions to provide Cyber-Defense / Cyber-Security related Security Cooperation Subject Matter Expertise and Advise & Assist Activities with designated Partner Nations in accordance with the findings and recommendations from previous SCJ38-JCC conducted JCCAT Missions.
Conduct -Over-the Shoulder" Advise and Assist; Subject Matter Expertise Engagement and Staff Planning Assistance; SME and Technical Training; and/or tailored organizational Training and Exercise support.
Accurately translate all written and virtual material created for Partner Nations.
Report progress toward the identified POA goals and objectives to the SCJ38-JCC.
Provide feedback, recommendations, and input into the SCJ38-JCC's Security Cooperation Branch's SSCI's and Sec 333 submission process.
Conduct and provide In-Briefs and Out-Briefs to the USEMB Country Teams and the Partner Nation's Leadership; and provide After Action Reports and Trip Reports SCJ38-JCC.
Qualifications:
Required
Current Top Secret/SCI clearance.
BA/BS with 3-10yrs experience (OR) Associates degree plus 4yrs experience to the base 3-10yrs requirement. Associate Degree plus 4yrs is the equivalent of a Bachelor's degree. No degree plus 6yrs experience to the base 3-10yrs requirement. 6yrs experience is the equivalent of a Bachelor's degree.
4+ years of military experience.
10+ years of Cyber-Defense and Cyber-Security experience.
Fluent, written and spoken, Spanish language skills.
Extensive knowledge of the Certification and Accreditation (C&A) and NIST RMF processes
Demonstrated experience integrating information, analysis, technology, and interagency collaboration to streamline Staff processes and procedures.
Proven understanding of emerging and non-traditional Cyber-Defense and Cyber-Security concepts that shape the character of contemporary joint and multinational warfare.
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (MS Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Exceptional oral and written presentation skills.
Precise attention to detail skills.
Desired
Master's degree or bachelor's degree.
CAPM or PMP, or related certificates in project management.
Demonstrated, recent (within the last five years) work in the SOUTHCOM AOR.

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$68,400-$143,700
