Sr. Analyst, Reporting and Analytics, located in Atlanta, GA, will be responsible for supporting the Financial Services business by providing financial, regulatory, and operation reporting solutions. The person will work with cross-functional teams to identify needs for business insights and address them effectively and efficiently.
What you'll do in your role.
Develop dashboards and reports that provide insights on business performance
Develop standard self-service reporting that enable access to insights for business users
Design and develop automated reporting solutions that will enable organization to identify and address system issues
Perform deep and insightful analyses that lead to actionable recommendations to business
Perform impact assessment, pattern detection and root cause analysis for data quality issues across financial systems and tools
Assist Accounting teams with complex reconciliations and explain variances
Build effective relationships with internal and external business partners.
Work with teams across the enterprise, including IT, Marketing, Credit, Finance, Treasury, and Accounting, to provide key reporting solutions to drive enterprise financial results.
The experience you'll bring.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
4+ years relevant professional experience.
Able to write complex SQL using a variety of User Interfaces (e.g., TOAD, Teradata SQL Assistant, SAS Enterprise Guide or Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio)
Experience building dashboards and reports with tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Alteryx
Proficient in MS Excel & PowerPoint with strong presentation skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills and ability to present technical concepts in verbal or written format
