Randstad is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Logistics Manager to oversee the efficient flow of goods from suppliers to customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating logistics operations, managing warehouse activities, optimizing processes, and ensuring on-time delivery of products. Responsibilities
Plan, implement, and manage logistics strategies and operations, including inbound and outbound transportation, warehouse management, and inventory control.
Develop and maintain efficient processes for order fulfillment, distribution, and shipping.
Coordinate with suppliers, carriers, and customers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
Manage warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, customs, and import/export policies.
Analyze data to assess performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions for improvement.
Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with logistics service providers.
Monitor and manage the logistics budget to meet financial objectives.
Use logistics IT tools and software to optimize inventory management and transportation tracking.
The essential functions of this role include:

wearing steel toe shoes
working in a non-temperature controlled environment
manual lifting up to 50lbs
standing for 8 hours at one time
