This is a First Shift position working Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm. The hourly rate of pay is $17.75. This position is located at our Plant on 4th Street in Gettysburg.
The Tile Carrier operates and ensures a mounting line is supplied with tile.
Major Functions and Scope:
Feeds finished tile onto conveyers to fill mounting boards.
Keeps tile mounters stocked with pattern or replacement tile.
Empties scrap boxes as necessary.
Removes empty skids and boxes from line.
Desands tile as needed.
Monitors equipment or processes and reports problems to supervisor.
Follows standard operating and safety procedures and wears required personal protective equipment.
Keeps area safe, clean and organized.
Performs other related duties as required.
