What You Will Be Doing

- Support the F-35 production line and related business processes in a collaborative, team-based manufacturing environment.

- Perform cross-functional tasks, including production planning, control, and procedural oversight, ensuring operational efficiency.

- Lead education and training efforts for team members to maintain high standards of production and compliance.

- Develop and implement preventative and corrective actions for both internal and external compliance findings to ensure regulatory adherence.

- Provide oversight of work crews in the absence of supervisors, maintaining clear communication on the status of assignments and managing special tasks as required.

- Assist in the continuous improvement of processes, aiming to enhance production timelines, quality, and compliance standards.

Basic Qualifications:

- Aircraft manufacturing, maintenance, repair, &/or modification experience

- Experience with reading and interpreting complex engineering drawings/blueprints and process specifications

Desired Skills:

- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, to build charts and graphs

- CATIA

- Superior interpersonal skills; works well in a team environment

- Prior experience in aircraft coatings, finishes, and/or advanced composite applications.

- Experience with low observable (LO) materials

- F-35 engineering and logistics systems experience (JDL - JSF Data Library, PDM - Product Data Manager, QADS - Quality Assurance Document System, ATLAS - Advanced Technical Logistics Applications System, VAS - Visual Augmentation System, SFM - Shop Floor Manager.)

- Familiarity with F-35 airframe, aircraft systems and subsystems.

- Working experience in some aspects of Project Management

- Exposure to Earned Value Management concepts

- Demonstrated ability to lead and supervise a team

- Prior liaison role with MRB, DCMA, Quality, and Production Control

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
