Our Steward/Prep Cook provides the highest quality sanitation, organization and food quality to our residents, guests, and associates, to promote an excellent restaurant-style dining atmosphere.

What will I do every day?
Assists with ordering, and inventory of food and supplies. and
Maintains the organization and cleanliness of storage areas
Assists in the production of creatively designed cuisine
Cooks according to menus, production sheet and recipes with consideration
Maintains kitchen and food preparation in a clean and sanitary manner
Delivers all invoices to Dining Services Director in a timely fashion
Maintains records or meals served and records of food and supplies used as required
What will I need to be successful in this role?
Be a high school graduate (preferred)
Have one to three years of cooking/sanitation experience
Excellent planning and organizational skills
