Job Description

Engineer Sr:

• Analyze and optimize application code for efficiency, memory consumption, and performance.
• Improve product quality through code reviews, unit tests, and collaborate with QA to implement manual and/or automated tests.
• Review requirements, wireframes, and designs for technical feasibility and work with the scrum team and junior engineers to translate them into clear user stories.
• Assess new projects and features, release new features and applications to our internal partners.
• Create prototypes and provide innovative ideas to complex problems.
• Implement application features based on requirements provided by the product team.
• Participate in Scrum ceremonies.

Telecommuting permitted up to 100% from anywhere in the U.S.

Full time employment, Monday -- Friday, 40 hours per week. Pay Range: $138,320 - $164,800 per year.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, plus 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in developing consumer facing mobile software; Or a Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, plus 3 years of experience in developing consumer facing mobile software.

Must have 3 years of experience in each of the following:

• Using data structures, algorithms, and computer science concepts relative to the iOS platform;
• Using Swift;
• Using Xcode;
• Using iOS frameworks, utilities, and technical dependencies;
• Using mobile networking concepts, including GraphQL and RESTful API web services;
• Using best practices for user experience and user interface on the iOS platform;
• Writing reusable software;
• Incorporating new concepts and architectures into a development work; and

• Building and shipping mobile applications to consumers.
