Position summary: The Content Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining and coordinating accurate content for the center of excellence.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain program records, reports, and documentation

  • Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, focus groups, and communication with managers, instructors, and customer representatives

  • Creates, organizes, plans, and presents various forms of skills training for employees and customers

  • Organizes and/or acquires training procedure manuals, guides, and course materials

  • Coordinates training programs using various forms and formats including group discussion, lecture, simulations, and videos

  • Maintains records of training activities, attendance, results of tests and assessments, and retraining requirements

  • Assesses training materials prepared by instructors and subject matter experts

  • Solicits input from all stakeholders regarding matters affecting their participation, including the content and structure of trainings, program goals and initiatives

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong presentation skills

  • Adept with a variety of multimedia training platforms and methods

  • Ability to evaluate and research training options and alternatives

  • Ability to design and implement effective training

Required Experience

  • High School Diploma required

  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite required

  • At least two years of related experience required

  • Associates degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field preferred

Working Conditions

Work is performed within a general office environment. Work is generally sedentary in nature, but may require occasional standing and walking. Lighting and temperature are adequate and there are no hazardous or unpleasant conditions caused by noise, dust, etc. within the office environment.
