National Program Manager
Fulltime, (Virtual) Homebased in Costa Rica

In this role you will manage all aspects of assigned client portfolio of national (local country) accounts to include but not limited to client retention, contract negotiation, implementation and business consolidation, sales of products and services, and escalation of operational issues.
A snapshot of this opportunity
Partner with internal teams to ensure contractual commitments are met
Increase revenues by up-selling and cross-selling of related products and services
Ensure billing is accurate, on time, and compliant to the client agreement
Plan and execute quarterly and strategic business reviews that will create action for deficiencies
Put into place tracking and reporting for each indicator when appropriate
Collaborate with Global CDS to ensure each country is providing the required data within the agreed delivery time
Direct personnel recruiting, hiring, training, development, motivation and separation of the team
How you can set yourself apart
Relevant experience in account management or in a management role
Strong proficiency in Microsoft programs: Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.
Great travel industry experience
Experience implementing & managing large market/ local clients
Thorough knowledge of business travel management (AM & Ops)
