TheFranchise Development Representativeat Batteries Plus is responsible for prospecting, generating leads and qualifying candidate interest to assist in increasing company revenue. As a key member of the Franchise Sales team, theFranchise Development Representativewill prospect and generate leads through paid and organic marketing efforts, sales contact marketing, networking through various industry sources, social media, referral sources, trade shows and other lead sources administered by the Director of Franchise Development.

Located onsite at the Batteries Plus office in Palm Beach, FL.

Responsibilities:

Franchise Sales

  • Contacting and qualifying new lead opportunities for the Franchise Development Department.

  • Contacting trade show leads for Franchise Development and booking tours.

  • Working closely with team leadership to ensure quality lead flow.

  • Developing deep expertise on the franchising industry and franchise sales.

  • This position is responsible for representing the Batteries Plus brand to prospective franchisees and franchise consultants, while converting a sufficient percentage of leads to help Development meet department goals

    Administration

  • Maintain sales CRM. Prepare and deliver detailed notes on each candidate passed to senior sales staff.

  • Review confidential financial prospect information and compare to predetermined guidelines to determine if qualifications have been met.

  • Calendar Management

    Qualifications:

  • Associates Degree with a focus in Business, Marketing or related field. Will consider experience in lieu of education.

  • 1+ year of inside sales with telemarketing experience

    Preferred Qualifications:

  • Franchise sales and development experience with a working knowledge of Franconnect and other industry related tools

  • Knowledge of franchise and licensing regulations, laws and procedures

  • Strong presentation skills

  • Strong time management and organizational skills

  • Working knowledge of MS Office / Google Suite and CRM software

  • Bilingual / Multi (English, Spanish, French, Arabic, Portuguese) a plus
