What You'll Get to Do:

As a CACI-SOAS Lessons Learned Analyst, you will be part of a dynamic team assisting the US Army Special Operations Command Lessons Learned Program. You will save lives, resources, and time through aggressive global collection, analysis, outreach, and dissemination of relevant U.S. Army Special Operations Forces observations, insights, and lessons to the Special Operations Forces (SOF) Warfighter and Joint Special Operations community.

More About the Role:

You will support the following tasks:

  • Prepare collection plans and collect data using direct methods of interviewing and observation in support of 4th and 8th Psychological Operations (POG) Lessons Learned requirements.

  • Prepare and assist with the collection, archiving, analysis, resolution, and dissemination of observations, insights, and lessons learned.

  • Use communications systems within a collaborative environment to support and provide proactive lessons learned sharing, peer review, and facilitation between organizations and other key stakeholders.

  • Prepare Deliverables to 4th and 8th POG staff and senior leadership through oral and written communications.

You'll Bring These Qualifications:

  • Active TS/SCI Clearance

  • Graduate from Component specific SOF qualified course (i.e., Psychological Operations, Civil Affairs, and/or Special Forces and Ranger qualification courses)

  • Possess at least of 5 years of experience within 4th and 8th POG, including 2 years of experience working on 06-level staff or higher (i.e., 1st SFC(A); USAJFKSWCS, USASOC or Theater SOC)

  • Knowledge of Information Operations and the integration of information-related capabilities. (i.e., PSYOPS, MILDEC, ad EW).

  • Knowledge of tools, methods, and concepts of portals and other real or near real time knowledge management systems.

  • Knowledge of Army SOF Command structure and doctrine to enable targeted dissemination of observations, insights, and lessons for all operations.

  • 1 years' experience using classified collaborative communications systems (i.e., DCO).

  • Ability to prepare collection plans and to collect data using direct methods of interviewing and observation.

  • Ability to write detailed reports and deliver briefings to leadership.

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$78,000 - $163,800
