About the Role
The Contract Specialist will be responsible for reviewing, drafting, and advising on all matters related to contracts.
What You'll Be Doing
Reviews Redline and Negotiates, Master Service Agreements, Subcontracts, and Purchase Orders submitted by clients to conform with internal company risk mitigation factors.
Reviews and obtains specialized insurance certificates from client submitted requirements.
Prepares and completes Owner Controlled Insurance Program enrollments through multiple external administrators, while confirming internal company risk mitigation factors are met.
Clearly explains contract terminology to clients and other interested parties in simple, everyday language.
Qualifications
What You'll Need for Success
High School Diploma
Two (2) or more years of contract/legal experience or Construction management experience
Knowledge of current and legally binding contractual language and terminology.
Ability to identify, review, and suggest solutions for problems, customer complaints, and client concerns.
