Analyst - Telecommunications
Reporting to the VP, Information Technology/ Director, Information Technology/ Manager, Voice & Communication s this position provides local and remote support for the cellular hardware and software applications used by Dent Wizard International.
This position works in a hybrid environment that will consist of in office work 2-3 times a week with remote work from home the remaining time.
Essential Functions
- Provide s email and phone assistance and support , technical guidance , and problem-solving for end user s' cellular hardware and software , r elated , and peripheral issues .
- Monitors the helpdesk ; o pens and clos es ticket s bringing issues to full resolution.
- Prioritizes tickets and ensures high-level issues are not missed.
- Manages end user accounts, permissions , inventory, and access rights in accordance with Company policy and management directive .
- Leverage s the Mobile Device Management platform to manage mobile devices, push applications, perform periodic audits , and other administrative activities .
- Proactiv ely collaborates with team members to shar e information and implement optimal solutions .
- Facilitates training sessions as needed .
- Analyzes pricing data , c oordinates , and makes recommendations ensur ing the C ompany receiv es the most cost - effective plan s and equipment .
- Stay s up to date with new i OS /telecom products and services.
- Orders, configures, encases, and ships new hire and replacement devices .
- Creates, modifies, and maintains spreadsheets to track task completion .
- Professionally c oordinates and communicates with all levels of the organization .
- Delivers consistently seamless service to all customers .
- Additional duties as assigned .
Require d Qualifications
Previous telecommunication and help desk experience required
Intermediate iOS experience required
Demonstrated multi-task er with ability to implement change in a fast-paced environment ofte n on short-notice
Positive , service-oriented style
Team orientation
Preferred Qualifications
Associates Degree in a com puter-related field
Excellent diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
