Job Description:
Job Profile Summary Performs duties relating to data collection, analysis, and reporting of various clinical, quality and financial information, as assigned. Primary responsibilities include: collaborating with others regarding financial; clinical analysis; designing and generating standardized and financial patient level reports and analyzing related data; performing trend analysis on data. Expected to proactively identify opportunities and work on projects with moderate complexity, risk and scope. In this role, analysts will be asked to complete projects, identify opportunities and develop recommendations for improvements. Position requires a demonstrated ability to pull data from a variety of source systems, use critical thinking skills to analyze the data, familiarity with financial concepts, knowledge of medical terminology as well as ability to prioritize workload to meet deadlines Work Experience: Healthcare work experience, preferred.
Education Qualifications:
Bachelors degree required with a preference in business, healthcare administration, or related field.
Licensure/Certification Qualifications:
RHIT, RHIA or CHDA (Certified Health Data Analyst) preferred.
