GENERAL FUNCTION
Serve as a Sr. Configuration Analyst on the Business Configuration Optimization team. Responsible for the enablement of product strategies by designing, implementing, and executing Configuration Prototypes. Leading innovation strategy projects for the Configuration space in order to enhance EyeMed's product and network offering. Serve as a subject matter expert for the Business Configuration team interfacing with EyeMed's cross functional teams to meet client implementation requirements.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Serve as a subject matter expert representing the Configuration workstream for innovation projects that enhance EyeMed's capabilities within Facets for Product, Agreement, and Network offerings.
Collaborate with clients and document business requirements for member/ product accumulator data feeds.
Serve as the subject matter expert on EyeMed's Accumulator capabilities across the organization.
Liaison with Information Technology on the development and testing of the Accumulator data feed set up.
Serve as a Business Analyst documenting requirements, process flows, and execute testing for enhancements to improve the automation toolset for Configuration.
Provide Research, Analysis and Configuration subject matter expert support to the Business Configuration Production team.
Provide coaching, training, and identify development opportunities for the Production Business Configuration team members as it relates to Configuration processes.
Self-manage and prioritize work to achieve designated service level agreements, as well as, meet key performance indicators of the Business Configuration Optimization team for Projects and Prototype deliverables.
Collaborate with the Product Strategy team on the Configuration roadmap deliverables that enable EyeMed's product and network offerings.
Provide Fit/Gap Analysis and Feedback Assessments on new client plans as Configuration is leveraged to bring on new business.
Develop and maintain positive working relationships with team members and other stakeholders, including business partners at all levels of EyeMed leadership.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
At least 5+ years' experience in health plan
At least 5+ years' experience with Facets platform, Medical Plan Benefit Configuration
SQL and Database experience
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience in Facets NetworX and Utilization Management Modules
Experience supervising a team of employees
Knowledge of Project Management Methodologies
Lean Sigma Green Belt Certification
